1. Services & Results Disclaimer

Galil Med Spa provides non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments. Results may vary from person to person depending on age, skin condition, body type, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care.

We do not guarantee specific results, and all before-and-after images are for illustrative purposes only.

2. Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history, including but not limited to:

-Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

-Allergies or sensitivities

Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of adverse reactions and may void any responsibility on the part of Galil Med Spa.

3. Consultation & Eligibility

All treatments are subject to consultation and approval by our licensed professionals. Galil Med Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable for a service.

Clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (where applicable).

4. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking, especially for first-time clients or promotional services.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with proper notice.

We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit or future booking restrictions.

5. Late Arrival Policy

Arriving late may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability. Full service fees may still apply.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic services:

All services are final sale

No refunds are provided once a treatment has started or completed

Retail products may be eligible for exchange only if unopened and within the stated return window.

8. Post-Treatment Care

Clients agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by Galil Med Spa. Failure to do so may impact results or increase risk of complications, for which Galil Med Spa is not responsible.

9. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with aesthetic treatments. Galil Med Spa, its owners, staff, and practitioners shall not be held liable for:
